What is CampusGroups?

Welcome to CampusGroups by Ready Education, your comprehensive student engagement platform designed to streamline students’ co-curricular and academic life! It provides tools for student organizations, clubs, and campus departments to organize events, manage memberships, communicate with members, track attendance, and much more! Academic information can also be pulled in with Academic Integrations so students have everything they need at their fingertips. CampusGroups is your one-stop-shop to student engagement and success!

Students

As a student, you can effortlessly access resources on the homepage and discover events and groups within the system that are the perfect fit for you.

  • Discover: Easily see events, groups and users that align with your interests.

  • Stay informed: Stay up-to-date through the community feed, group pages, event calendars, and notifications.

  • Communicate: Sharing and receiving announcements has never been easier with the community feed.

  • Engage: Get involved by posting to group feeds, joining groups, registering for events, answering surveys, and taking on leadership roles.

Group Officers

Each group (e.g., club, department) can appoint officers who gain more access to both manage and customize their group. Officers can use a number of tools to manage their organization more efficiently.

  • Dashboard: Track recent activity, quickly access commonly used features, manage your group settings, appoint officers, and administer access rights

  • Members: Manage membership and and validate users who request to join your group

  • Emails: Target an audience, compose new emails and monitor open and click rates

  • Events: Create events, sell tickets, track registrations and check attendees in

  • Forms: Create forms or surveys and analyze the data

  • Files: Upload and share photos and documents

  • Website: Easily customize and manage the group’s website with the easy drag and drop builder

  • Money: Keep track and manage your group’s transactions

School Administrators

Access a backend view of the system with easy functionality to access all data and features across all users and groups. Configure access to the platform, manage users, create new groups, email officers, and download reports.

  • Reporting: Generate reports using filters to extract specific data related to groups, users, membership, events, transactions, and more.

  • Approval Processes: Set up workflows to for multi-step approval processes.

  • Integrations: Utilize API, SFTP, RSS Feeds, payment gateways, room reservations and more.

  • Mobile App: Stay connected and customize your mobile app in real time, giving students another way to engage.
