Managing Notifications

Tired of too many notifications? We get it. Here's a quick and easy guide on how to manage your notifications.

With the January 2025 release, we redesigned the Notification Settings screen to provide a clean, responsive user experience that makes it easier to control the types of notifications you receive, and the channels through which you receive them.

This updated interface is also available starting with mobile app version 2024.11.800, so you can manage your settings straight from your mobile device.

Learn about what this means for managing Officer-only notifications.

  1. From web, click on your profile and then Notification Settings

    From mobile, tap on the notification bell icon, then tap on the gear icon to access your Notification Settings.

  2. Select the General Notifications you wish to receive

  3. Scroll down further to select the Group Notifications you wish to receive

     

Note for Group Officers: Notifications intended for Officers are now managed exclusively from the Officer settings page, within each Group.

To manage your preferences for Officer-only notifications:

  1. From the web platform, select a Group where you are an Officer.

  2. In the Group menu, under Dashboard, select Officers.

  3. Select Notifications button to manage the preferences for you and your fellow Officers.

 

 

This page is designed to support setting notification preferences for Officers based on their role in the Group. You can batch-disable all notifications for a given Officer with a single click on “clear all.”
