Managing Officer Visibility

To track and submit support tickets you can access the Ready Education Customer Portal.

Officers of a group are visible by default to all users both in the Website as well as the Group Page. Within CampusGroups, you can manage their visibility by following these steps:

  1. Manage your group

  2. Click on Dashboard and then select Officers

  3. Uncheck Visible Publicly (on the Website and Group Page) or each Officer
