Sending an Automated Chat Message

Event coordinators can send automatic chat messages within an Event Hub to welcome new users and attendees to an event. Follow these steps to do so!

  1. Manage the group who is hosting the Event Hub

  2. Click on the More Tools dropdown and select Hubs

  3. Manage your hub

  4. Drag the Chat feature to your Hub Menu and click the Edit icon

  5. Click the Manage Auto-Chat Messages button

  6. Click Create Auto Message or Edit an existing message to customize a chat message that will be sent to each user when they access the Event Hub
