Integrating Zoom With Your Events

When creating events within CampusGroups, the platform offers three location options: On-campus, Off-campus, or Video Conferencing. Follow these steps to integrate your events with Zoom.

  1. Edit your event

  2. Navigate to the Meeting section

  3. Click on Create Video Conferencing Link

  4. Select Create a Zoom link

  5. If you have not previously connected your Zoom account, you will be automatically redirected Authorize CampusGroups to access your account

  6. Once connected, select the Return to event page button

  7. Your Zoom video conference link will be automatically created and inserted as the Meeting Link

  8. Save your event
