Manually Checking-In Attendees

The option to manually check-in attendees is a great way to manage your event on the backend. This method becomes particularly advantageous when you need to retroactively check users in after the event has concluded. Whether you're handling individual check-ins or managing attendees in bulk, the backend functionality provides an easy option to manage your attendees.

Individually Checking-In Attendees

  1. Manage your event

  2. Navigate to the Attendees section

  3. Locate the user you want to check-in and click the Check-in button

Checking-In Attendees In Bulk

  1. Manage your event

  2. Select Add or Invite Attendees

  3. Select Check-In Attendees from the dropdown

  4. Check-In users one of two ways:

    • Paste List: Seamlessly check-in attendees by pasting a list of emails or NetIDs

    • Advanced Add or Invite Attendees: Utilize the advanced functionality to add attendees based on specific filters within CampusGroups, providing a flexible and tailored approach to check-in

  5. Click Add
