Tracking Attendance Through the Mobile App

Follow the steps outlined below to learn the process of tracking attendance through the mobile app.

1. Navigate to the event

2. Click the three dot menu and select Check in Attendees

   Open

   

3. On this screen, you have two options

   • Select the QR code icon to scan a user's ticket or their personal QR code found within their profile

   • Manually search for users and check registered attendees in or register new attendees for the event
