Field Permissions

Field Permissions allow Admins to select which fields should be limited or hidden within the system.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Field Permissions

  2. Check the boxes for each of the four settings that can be adjusted:

  • Read-Only Fields (Profile): Users can see these fields but not edit them

  • Hidden Fields (Profile): Users cannot see these fields on their own profile or on other users' profiles

  • Default Privacy Settings (Profile): The default privacy settings set for all new users - each user has the option to edit what other users can see on their profile

  • Group Settings: Users can see these group fields but not edit them
