Setting Up Event Registration and Ticket Options

Event Coordinators can fully customize their registration process with Ticketing Options, Access Rights, Open/Close Dates, Attendance Limits and more! This level of control ensures a seamless and targeted registration process for your events. Follow these steps to configure your registration settings.

  1. Edit Your Event

  2. Navigate to Registration Options

  1. Click Add New Option or Edit to customize each ticket option

  2. Customize the ticket options (Name, Price, Quantity, etc.)

The option to set a flexible price (instead of a set price) is a way to collect donations as the “price of entry” to an event. When a user selects their ticket, they can write in an amount they are able to contribute, and make that payment to complete their Registration. (Note that this requires your platform be integrated with one of our supported Payment Gateways).

  1. Click Access to limit who can RSVP for each ticket

  2. Customize what users are able to purchase each ticket

  3. Set the Registration Open Date and Close Date

  4. Set the Attendance Limit and Tickets Limit

Once this is set up, users will see options to register from the Event page.
