Requesting Feedback For Your Event

Enhance your post-event insights with the automated Feedback Request feature. This tool simplifies the process by automating an email to attendees, prompting them for valuable feedback after the event. Follow these steps to automate your event feedback:

  1. Edit your event

  2. Navigate to Registration Options and select the Feedback Request dropdown

  3. Check the Send Feedback Request box and set how many hours after the event you would like it to send

  4. Select the Form/survey that you would like you send

  5. Add Custom Content to tailor the message sent in the feedback request email
