Adding a Support Email Address

CampusGroups is designed with customization in mind, allowing you to direct user inquiries efficiently to ensure they receive the appropriate support. By designating a specific contact email, users can address their campus-specific questions directly. Should any request require further attention from the CampusGroups Support team, simply escalate the ticket by forwarding the email to support@campusgroups.com.

Users can send in an inquiry by simply clicking on the question mark in the bottom right corner.

Follow these steps to update where these requests are routed.

  1. Click the Admin button

  2. Select the Settings dropdown and select General Settings

  3. Select the Support tab

  4. Enter Support email

  5. Click Save
