Creating a Custom Unsubscribe Message

Every email within CampusGroups ends with an unsubscribe message that will allow contacts to unsubscribe from future Emails. Officers have the option of customizing the unsubscribe message text. Follow these steps to do so.

  1. Manage your group

  2. Click on the Dashboard dropdown and select Settings

  3. Navigate to the the More tab and scroll down to Custom unsubscribe message

  4. Add your custom message​ - make sure to type [UNSUBSCRIBE] somewhere in your message so that the link will be added
