Login Issues - Could not complete sign-in process.

This article will help to troubleshoot the below error.

Error:

Symptom:

Users will receive this message after they have authenticated and will login to myday correctly. however Try Again link should allow you straight in.

Explansation Issue:

This would result if the home page URI has been changed for the home dashboard.

Resolution.

You would need to amend the URI for your Home Dashboard. To follow the steps in the video you’ll need the following.

  1. Tenant Admin

  2. Original Home Dashboard

Steps;

  1. Navigate to Dashboards with in the navigation bar

  2. Select the original Home Dashboard and click on Setting

  3. Modify the URI to home and click on Save and Publish

You can’t have 2 home dashboard therefore you will need to rename or delete one.
