Premium AAD Sync
Please ensure that the Azure provisioning status is set to ON. See step 6 for status confirmation.
Full Resync
To complete a full re-sync if you are using premium AAD to sync into myday you will first have to load the Azure portal and then follow the steps below.
Click on 'Enterprise Applications' on the left sidebar. If you do not have the option on the left sidebar, enter 'Enterprise Applications' in the search box and click on this in the search results.
3. Locate the application that was created for the azure sync.
4. Click on provisioning on the left sidebar
5. Set the ‘provisioning status’ to off and save page by scrolling back to the top of the page and clicking the save button.
6. Under the set ‘Provisioning Status’ click ‘Clear current state and restart Synchronisation’ box and set provisioning back to ‘On’.
7. Scroll back to the top of the page and click save and wait for the sync to complete.

These steps will now fully re-sync the data coming into myday. If the steps above do not resolve your issue, please submit a ticket on the support portal so we can investigate the cause of your issue.

Resync a User(s)
If you wish to sync just the one/few records, you can do this by using the ‘Provision On Demand’ option.
You will first have to delete the user(s) from within myday. You can do this using the User management app. Once the user(s) have been deleted, we can use the provision on demand option.
This will sync the user(s) into myday instantly.
Follow steps 1-4 above.
Now select the ‘Provision on Demand’ button
Search the user you wish to sync.
Once the user has been selected, click on provision on the bottom of the window.
The user should now be resynced back into myday.

Follow steps 1-4 above.
Now select the ‘Provision on Demand’ button
Search the group you wish to sync.
Then select the user’s you wish to sync the membership of
